Community Service
Our community service chair is Bria Day.
Community Service refers to those activities that Rotarians undertake to improve the quality of life in and around Portsmouth. This involves programs that work with, and assist, youth, seniors, persons with disabilities, and many others who look to Rotary as a source of help and hope for a better, richer life.
Examples of our community service activities include the work Rotary did on the construction of the Strawbery Banke Puddle Dock Pond ice rink, service at the Salvation Army Soup Kitchen, projects of the William Cash Fund, Thanksgiving dinner, and the Seniors holiday luncheon.
