Rotary Log: January 23, 2014 (Membership)

On the bulletin last week there was communication about club finances.  These meetings are open to club members as well.

The Rotary Annual Auction is 2/20/2014.  If you have not picked up a donation form and you wish to donate please be sure to get one on our website.

Today’s meeting was about the “Joys of a Being a Member of the Rotary Club”

President Dave Underhill announced perfect attendance for 12 people.  They each got a certificate and a pin and their picture taken. They are: Dave Holden (2 years), Marie Brownell (5), Nancy Notis (5), Dave Underhill (5), Tony Delyani (7), Bob Field (9), Bill Hurley (10), Walter Liff (11), Luis Melchor (24), Jim Rini (27), Guy Buesing (29), Carl Brage (29).

We held a club information program on membership, the joy of being a member, how to propose a member, and heard from three relatively new members: Susan Burdick, John St. Pierre and Dennis Moulton, about the experience and reasons they joined.
