The Program:
TC Cummings is a retired Navy Seal extreme warrior and advanced first responder.
He is a high energy, visionary coach committed to delivering presentations for executives, individuals and corporate teams. He incorporates stories from his own experiences as a Navy Seal. The tales he tells elevate performance through professional development in teamwork, communication, leadership and engagement.
TC spent the next hour captivating us with a few of the harrowing situations he went through as a Navy Seal. Using these stories as examples, he explained how we can find our authentic self. This gives us the right mindset to keep our cool in crazy situations with external pressures.
At one point, he asked us to close our eyes for 18 seconds. He wanted us to think of something that is stressing us or making us feel overwhelmed. Dave Underhill then “volunteered” as TC explained how to center one’s energy instead of getting lost in thought. It was a perfect visual to show how to conquer fears and take on the world with the glass half full.
