CHRISTMAS TREE SIGNUPS UNDERWAY!

Signups are underway, this Thursday sign up for your 3- shifts of Christmas Tree fun.  A few reminders:

>Rotarians will be asked to sign up in their "comfort zone" areas…day captains, un-loaders, money collectors, tree cutters, tree sales and on-call staffers…

>THREE SHIFTS are required for each member

>You are encouraged to get your family, friends and business involved

>If you do not sign up you will be signed up

>Week day schedules will run 11 AM-7 PM

>Weekend schedules will run 8 AM -8 PM

>We will be open later in December, closer to Christmas to capitalize on last minute shoppers

>NEW merchandise…table top trees and garland will be available

>We will be accepting credit cards, in addition to checks and cash

After this week's meeting we will be posting the updated tree schedule on the website.  Please take note of these instructions to access the schedule:

 

Log in to the website, go to home page, and on the left rail click on the tab marked "Christmas Tree Sales Member Info":  When you get to that page there will be a "download button" that will open the schedule for you and allow you to read it.  If you then want to sign up for open shifts, email Nancy Notis at the address above. (As we write this there is a "place holder schedule" there -- if you have found it, you will find the real schedule when it's posted).

If you are NOT logged in to the website with your member login name and password, on the left rail of the home page you will see a tab marked "Christmas Tree Sales public info".  This is NOT where you will find the schedule, which includes confidential information.
