Vocational Service is the second of Rotary's five Avenues of Service.
 
Each year Portsmouth Rotary presents Vocational Awards which honor 4 individuals representing 4 categories within Vocational Service:
 
1.  Public Service
2.  Education
3.  Health & Human Services
4.  General
 
Each recipient is awarded $500 to donate to their charity of choice.
