Portsmouth Rotary Club has a number of committees that are the foundation of our organization and support the five Avenues of Service:
- Club Service
- Community Service
- Vocational Service
- Youth Service
- International Service
These committees create and manage hands-on projects for which our members contribute time and effort. Often we raise money for dozens of local non-profit organizations and causes through large fundraisers such as our annual Christmas Tree Sales, Cross Country 5K Race and our Basic Needs Golf Tournament.
Many of our members are active in international service projects such as PolioPlus National Immunization Days in foreign countries or participate in our local area PolioPlus BridgeWalk fundraiser to help pay for the vaccinations.
We have programs to support our local youth to include scholarships, exchange programs and service projects, as well as vocational programs that give awards to community members celebrating their contribution to our area.

For detailed information on each area of service mentioned above, please see the related pages to the left.
We encourage new members to join a committee, providing a great avenue to give back right away and meet other members!
