Auction Items Need for Our Golf Tourney
WE are down to the final stretch and I really need all of your support on getting Silent Auction items. We need 5-6  larger items for the Silent Auction and 20-25 raffle ticket (Gift Certificate ) type items. We raise considerable amount from both the raffle and Silent Auction so please let’s all try and get 2-3 items for the raffle. Donna Harvey is the Silent Auction point person so if you get items please let Donna know ASAP so we can keep track. Attached is a flyer you can print and give to the business you visit requesting gift certificates and items for the event.
I’m depending on your help!
Thank You,
Peter Grace

Tuscan Kitchen “Happy Hour” Social
Thanks to the efforts and energy of Leo Gagnon, the Portsmouth Rotary Club hosted a “Happy Hour” social at Tuscan Kitchen on Monday, May 23rd from 5:30-7:30pm.
Leo thought this would be a great way to welcome Tuscan Kitchen to the Portsmouth community and to allow Rotary members and guests to visit this new and amazing restaurant.
More importantly, 20+ Rotarians and guests gathered for a wonderful evening to become better acquainted and build stronger friendships...
While I personally enjoyed meeting many of the wonderful people of Portsmouth at Rotary meetings, I find the Rotary Social a great opportunity to chat and get to know our members more intimately.  I’m amazed that we only saw 20 people at this event . . . but those that did attend could be considered some of our most distinguished members!
Here are some of the people who were there . . . Apologies to those I couldn’t catch up with.
Leo has been responsible to many of the previous “Socials” at Mombo, Atlantic Grill and a river cruise on the Guldalow, just to name a few.  He would love to see more of you there and asked that you offer your suggestions on alternate venues or perhaps a different night that would be more convenient or attractive to you.
Let’s hear from more of you!!
